Welcome to the project development blog for CLAMA, the Cultural and Linguistic Archive of Mesoamerica (CLAMA). This project is a collaboration between Indiana University, and three partners in Central America and Mexico and is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education Title VI Technological Innovation and Cooperation for Foreign Informations Access (TICFIA) program (http://www.ticfia.org/).
Project partners are sharing some of the newest sources here, but this material will eventually become part of the Mesoamerican Archive. Please visit the archive to view more videos from our partners along with research tools and annotations:
ArchivoMesoamericano.org or MesoamericanArchive.org
The content on this site comes from the archives of our three project partners: the MUPI (Museo de la Palabra y la Imágen) in El Salvador, the IHNCA (Instituto de Historia de Nicaragua y Centroamérica) in Nicaragua, and the CIESAS (Centro de Investigaciones y Estudios Superiores en Antropología Social) in México. Please see the Partners link for more information.
